The Polk Soil and Water Conservation District and the Natural Resources Conservation Service administer state and federal cost share and incentive programs for soil conservation and water quality projects in Polk County. State Cost-Share Funds

The Polk SWCD coordinates the loans in cooperation with financial institutions and the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship (IDALS) Division of Soil Conservation.
